PROPOSED CLEANING AGREEMENT w PAYMENT INFO

  • CLIENT INFORMATION

  • Previously, you received an email with access to a copy of the bid which was presented and agreed upon. It is our understanding that you have chosen the following package, to be completed at the time of service:
  • NOTE: Cleaning tasks will be completed in the order of the priority list provided by the client (top-to-bottom) as time permits.
  • Empty Nest Cleaning may apply an inconvenience fee for cleans scheduled on late notice (less than 48 hours) or for other reasons defined below.
  • PRICING
    Properties cleaned for the above-stated Client/Property Management Company will be billed at an hourly rate, per man-hour. Any given job will require a minimum of 12 man-hours (i.e. 3 employees working together for 4 hours). This baseline pricing starts at $445.

    The specified Property Manager will be notified of progress when 9 man-hours have been completed (i.e. 3 hours into the job). If at this point, Empty Nest Cleaning determines the property will require more than the minimum 12 man-hours, and if both parties agree to additional time worked, the Property Manager agrees to pay Empty Nest Cleaning for each additional man-hour worked to complete the job.
  • To ensure the property is cleaned to the satisfaction of the client, Empty Nest Cleaning will guarantee that the final cost will not exceed the bid price listed below.
    Service area is centralized in downtown Meridian, Idaho. Destinations that exceed a 15 mile radius outside of that region may be considered outside of the standard service area.

  • Please Note: If any personal items are left behind upon our arrival, we will place all items in the garage, and an additional $50 fee will be included as an inconvenience charge. (Does not apply to occupied homes [i.e Seasonal Deep Clean or Market-Ready Cleaning Packages])
    We reserve the right to forfeit any mutually agreed upon cleaning arrangement if there is not proper heating/cooling in the home, as well as electricity and warm water.
    DISCLAIMER: Elements of a home displaying permanent effects of time, wear and tear or chemical damage are not guaranteed to be resolved during a clean. This may include, but is not limited to (mold under caulking, oxidation resulting in the change to metal or other surface properties, etching of glass, other surfaces, or fixtures due to chemical or hard water accumulation).

  • If I am the customer who is paying:
    I agree that Empty Nest Cleaning employees can enter my home for the above-mentioned date/time. I understand that Empty Nest Cleaning employees will focus on completing the priority list of tasks that I previously provided and that I am hiring ENC to work on an hourly basis. I understand that Empty Nest Cleaning does NOT guarantee that the entire premise will be cleaned top to bottom or that the entire priority list will be completed. I understand that if there is remaining time after the priority list has been completed, Empty Nest Cleaning employees will use their best judgement to perform other cleaning tasks that are needed.

    If I am the Real Estate Agent who is paying:
    I agree that Empty Nest Cleaning employees can enter my client's home for the above-mentioned date/time. I understand that Empty Nest Cleaning employees work on a priority list basis and that there is NO guarantee that the entire premise will be cleaned top to bottom or that the entire priority list will be completed. I understand that if there is remaining time after the priority list is completed, Empty Nest Cleaning employees will use their best judgement to perform other cleaning tasks that are also needed. I agree that I have explained the terms of this agreement to my client(s).
